Emerging Business Leaders is a talent development program designed to enhance the leadership capability of high-potential, diverse professionals who will ultimately create competitive advantage for Charlotte’s workforce and economy.

The Charlotte Regional Business Alliance® Power of Women (POW) is a program series and network platform designed to engage, inform, inspire and connect professional women to resourceful women’s groups and organizations in the Charlotte Region.

The purpose of CLT Alliance Young Professionals is to cultivate a young and diverse workforce as a competitive advantage for Charlotte’s growing economy. CLT Alliance YP provides value to young professionals in Charlotte, ages 21 to 39, through leadership growth and professional development, networking and relationship-building and connection to civic engagement and community service opportunities.

The members of the Advocacy CLT will have an opportunity to engage in CLT Alliance Advocacy programming events stemming from quarterly council meetings, Advocacy in Action elected officials speaker series and invitations to legislative trips. Talent CLT exists to serve as the intersection for business and higher education to build a strong talent pipeline for our region. By hearing from business professionals, higher education institutions will learn how to prepare their students for the future workplace. Members of the council will engage in quarterly meetings focused on key topics including but not limited to trends in the workplace, current skills gaps and talent preparedness. The Charlotte Regional Business Alliance®, in partnership with the Young Professionals (YP), are excited to announce the launch of “Intern CLT,” an immersive experience for your summer interns. This program allows companies in the Charlotte Region to send their interns as ambassadors as they connect with young professionals and other interns. Throughout the summer, interns will have the opportunity to attend a variety of interactive events across the Charlotte Region.
