“Lead with purpose, bring your strengths and surround yourself with others who complement them, and say yes to the call.”

‘Success is about people’
“It’s the relationships we nurture and the impact we make together that define true achievement.”
The power of taking a break

EBL is ideal for those whose professional level falls somewhere between the mid-level and executive levels in the organization, have been identified for potential leadership promotions, and/or have recently been promoted. We recommend individuals who meet the following qualifications:
- Have been in the professional workforce for at least five years
- Have been with your company for at least 18 months
- Have been identified for current and future leadership opportunities
The program is especially beneficial for those who have not had exposure to similar (internal or external) leadership development programs and/or do not have a graduate-level education. When considering candidates for EBL, we ask that you take into consideration potential participants from demographics that are underrepresented in your company’s leadership ranks, which may be related to race/ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, geography, and other dimensions of diversity and inclusion. That being said, everyone is diverse, because everyone has a unique story and perspective.
Joining a talent development program helps you grow in ways that extend well beyond your current role. It offers exposure to new ideas and perspectives, connects you with people who challenge and inspire you, and builds the confidence that comes from learning alongside peers who are equally motivated.
EBL is an exclusive opportunity for CLT Alliance Investors. Chairman’s Circle, Cornerstone, and Visionary level investors receive seat(s) in the program. The program fee for all other investment levels is $3,000. The fee covers all sessions, materials, meals, etc.
Each EBL session offers unique ways to hone leadership skills. Curious about what one day might look like? Check out an example agenda.
