Introducing the 2026 class of Emerging Business Leaders

CLT Alliance Staff

The Charlotte Regional Business Alliance is excited to introduce the 2026 Emerging Business Leaders (EBL) Class 14 cohort!

EBL is the CLT Alliance’s premier seven-month immersive leadership and talent development experience for high-potential, diverse professionals across the Charlotte Region. Designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and forge meaningful connections among rising leaders from a wide range of industries, the program helps cultivate the talent that drives our region’s competitive advantage and long-term economic vitality.

Over the course of the program, Class 14 members will be inspired—and challenged—to stretch beyond their comfort zones as they sharpen essential leadership skills. Participants will tackle complex and timely topics such as polarity management, strategic decision making, executive communications, and much more.

“EBL continues to be one of the CLT Alliance’s most in-demand and highly regarded programs,” said Laura Foor, Vice President External Affairs.  “It plays an essential role in strengthening companies’ leadership development, engagement, and retention efforts. We are proud to support these emerging leaders as they advance in their careers, and we sincerely appreciate the partners whose contributions make this program possible.”

A special thank-you to our 2026 EBL partners: Bank of America, Honeywell, NASCAR, PwC, Queens University, UNC Charlotte, and UNC Kenan-Flagler.

Congratulations and welcome to the exceptional leaders of EBL Class 14! We can’t wait to see the impact you will make.
