Northwood Office has completed its Rushmore Five office building repositioning at the Ballantyne® campus. The 26,069-square-foot Class A creative office space, which exudes a warm, approachable atmosphere, is in a convenient location, within steps of daycare, a greenway and multiple parks. Rushmore Five is located at 13856 Ballantyne Corporate Place.
Renovated to support a creative environment for a single-user, Rushmore Five features a host of unique design elements and amenities, including an indoor pergola, modern furniture complemented by earth tones, greenery and wood accents, inviting workspace options, collaborative areas, conference rooms, on-site showers, a speakeasy, café and private outdoor patio. The building is WELL Health-Safety Rating certified and will be net carbon neutral.
Strategically positioned alongside the Lower McAlpine Creek Greenway, the one-story, move-in ready building encourages engagement on nearby walking trails, an adjacent park and is a short distance from The Bowl at Ballantyne™, which will serve as home to a well-curated lineup of restaurants, shops and services when it completes construction in 2024.
“We wanted to create an environment that inspires innovation and creativity,” Kate Urey, SVP of leasing and redevelopment, said. “Our investment in the space is a testament to our ongoing commitment to elevate the customer experience while evolving with the ever-changing needs of today’s office user.”
Northwood Office worked with architecture firm Redline Design Group and general contractor Edifice on the project. More information and additional photos of the space can be found here.
