Launching now | Regional manufacturing labor survey

In a continuous effort to foster growth and competitiveness for the region within manufacturing, the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance is excited to announce the launch of this year’s Manufacturing Labor Survey. This survey offers manufacturers a unique opportunity to not only contribute to shaping the future of the industry but also to gain invaluable insights and benefits for their businesses.

By participating in this survey, manufacturers will gain access to a complimentary report that highlights key findings and benchmarks. This region-specific report will provide valuable insights that can help businesses compare their labor practices with regional industry standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance their competitiveness and profitability. This report will serve as a valuable tool for manufacturers to make informed decisions, optimize their workforce strategies, and drive growth and innovation within their organizations.

Manufacturers in the region are encouraged to participate in the survey. Please contact your local county’s economic development group for access. The deadline for participation is March 15, 2024. Join us in revolutionizing manufacturing labor practices and shaping a brighter future for the industry.
