Introducing the 2025 class of Emerging Business Leaders

The Charlotte Regional Business Alliance is excited to announce the 2025 Emerging Business Leaders (EBL) Class 13 cohort.

EBL is the CLT Alliance’s seven-month immersive leadership and talent development program for high potential, diverse professionals.  The program is designed to enhance leadership capabilities and connect high-performing peers from across various sectors in the Charlotte Region who will ultimately create a competitive advantage for the region’s workforce and economy.

Class 13 will be challenged and motivated to go outside their comfort zone and take their leadership skills to the next level.  Cohort members will confront tough topics such as polarity management, ethical leadership, difficult conversations and much more.

“EBL is one of the CLT Alliance’s signature and most sought-after programs,” Vice President of External Affairs Laura Foor said. “It serves as a valuable supplement to a company’s leadership development, engagement, and retention efforts. We are looking forward to helping these emerging leaders flourish, and are grateful to our partners who help make this program possible.”

Special thanks to our 2025 EBL partners: Bank of America, Honeywell, NASCAR, PwC, Queens University, UNC Charlotte, and UNC Kenan-Flagler.

Congratulations and welcome, EBL Class 13!
