Ashley Hayes joined the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance as director of engagement in 2025. In this role, she oversees the planning and execution of investor programs and events that strengthen relationships and foster meaningful connections across the region’s business community.
With more than a decade of experience spanning project management, marketing, and event production, Ashley brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to engagement. She is known for thinking beyond logistics by considering audience experience, brand alignment, and overall impact to ensure initiatives run smoothly and resonate with stakeholders.
Prior to joining the CLT Alliance, Ashley managed complex projects and large-scale events for organizations including UCLA, the J. Paul Getty Museum, and WestEd. She has worked closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to deliver high-quality experiences under tight timelines.
Hailing from Long Beach, California, Ashley relocated to the Charlotte Region in early 2024 and has quickly embraced its vibrant business and cultural landscape. She is passionate about building relationships and creating experiences that help members see Charlotte as a place of opportunity and growth.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys cooking, hosting gatherings for friends, creating floral arrangements, and spending time with her mini schnauzer.
