CLT Alliance Young Professionals program connects Charlotte young professionals with other young professionals, leadership development, and networking opportunities in Charlotte, NC. The program helps early-career talent grow skills and make meaningful connections.
Anyone in the early stages of their career or new to the area can join. The group is open to professionals across industries who want to expand their network in the Charlotte Region and get involved in the business community. The typical age range is 21 to 39 years old.
Members can attend mixers, workshops, speaker series, volunteer projects, and other events. These are curated young professionals networking group activities designed to build relationships and practical skills.

No. All young professionals in the Charlotte Region are eligible and encouraged to participate.
You must be employed by a CLT Alliance investor company at the Champion level or above to be considered for the board. Additional factors include attendance at YP events and a demonstrated passion for the development of young talent. Contact Laura Foor for questions.
