Intern CLT helps interns build connections, grow professionally, and experience the Charlotte Region. Through networking events, executive conversations, and social experiences, interns gain exposure to local leaders, fellow interns, and the opportunities available in the community.
The program includes a mix of professional development, networking, and community exploration. Examples include a kickoff orientation, lunch & learn with industry leaders, a social experience in one of Charlotte’s go-to spots for young professionals, an executive speaker chat, and a final networking celebration.
Interns are encouraged to attend as many events as possible to get the full experience, but attendance at every event is not required.
