Jessica Foushee serves as the Database and Website Manager for the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, where she oversees the organization’s website and CRM to ensure both platforms are accurate, reliable, and user-friendly. Her work supports a wide range of audiences, including businesses exploring relocation opportunities, out-of-market visitors, and local community partners and investors.
Jessica manages the CLT Alliance database with a focus on data integrity, usability, and actionable reporting. She ensures reports provide leadership with timely insights aligned with the organization’s mission.

Jessica has been with the CLT Alliance for more than 10 years and has led two CRM database conversions during her tenure. She assumed responsibility for website management in 2020 and enjoys the technical challenge of learning HTML and continuously improving website and database functionality.
A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Jessica is a devoted Tar Heel fan. Outside of work, she is an avid hiker who enjoys traveling and creating detailed hiking and travel itineraries. She and her partner have an ambitious goal to see all 63 national parks in the United States.
