Charlotte Region’s top commercial real estate brokers celebrated

Some of the top performing commercial real estate brokers were recognized by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) last week.

The 2023 Circle of Excellence Awards program honors members who have achieved the highest levels of production and delivered incredible results for their clients and the broader community. This year CRCBR recognized 126 top producers who closed nearly 4,800 transactions in 2022. The combined total volume credit for all applicants was over $5.7 billion dollars.

“With its pro-business climate, the Charlotte Region continues to be an attractive place for new and existing companies,” CRCBR President Kim Kendall said. “2022 was a successful year for our top producers.”

The program, held last week at the Mint Museum in Uptown Charlotte, recognized top producers in eight award categories in addition to the Broker-to-Watch, Pinnacle Awards, and Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze production winners. See the full list of top producers here.

CRCBR is one of the oldest and largest regional commercial real estate trade associations in the United States. Consisting of more than 1,000 commercial real estate professionals, CRCBR provides timely industry information, effective political advocacy, and professional designations.
