Meet the new class of Emerging Business Leaders

CLT Alliance Staff

The Charlotte Regional Business Alliance® is excited to announce the 2023 Emerging Business Leaders (EBL) Class 11 participants.

EBL is the CLT Alliance’s seven-month immersive leadership and talent-development program for high potential, diverse professionals.  The program is designed to enhance leadership capabilities and connect high performing peers from across various sectors in the Charlotte Region. Class 11 will be challenged and motivated to go outside their comfort zone and take their leadership skills to the next level.

“EBL is one of the CLT Alliance’s signature and most sought-after programs,” Chief Development and Investor Relations Officer Kari Hackett said. “It serves as a valuable supplement to a company’s leadership development, engagement, and retention efforts. We are looking forward to helping these emerging leaders flourish, and are grateful to our partners who help make this program possible.”

The 2023 EBL partners are Honeywell, Lowe’s, NASCAR, Queens University, UNC Charlotte, and Wake Forest University.

Congratulations and welcome, EBL Class 11!

*Michelle Trumpower replaced Dina Boggess as the participant from Trane Technologies.
