Located in the southern Piedmont region of North Carolina, adjacent to the state’s largest county, Mecklenburg, Gaston County comprises 15 towns, from the tiny village of Dellview to the fourth largest county in the state, Gastonia.

Automotive, machinery, and fabricated metal industries all thrive in Gaston County, and access is one reason why. With close proximity to Charlotte-Douglas International Airport and serviced by Gaston Municipal Airport, the county also offers easy access to CSX rail and Amtrak, as well as many of the areas largest interstates.
