Jessica Foushee serves as the Database and Website Manager for the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, where she oversees the organization’s website and CRM to ensure both platforms are accurate, reliable, and user-friendly. Her work supports a wide range of audiences, including businesses exploring relocation opportunities, out-of-market visitors, and local community partners and investors.
Jessica manages and maintains the CLT Alliance database with a focus on data integrity, usability, and actionable reporting. She ensures reports and dashboards provide leadership with timely, meaningful insights aligned with the Alliance’s mission.

With more than 10 years at the CLT Alliance, Jessica has successfully led two CRM database conversions and assumed responsibility for website management in 2020. She enjoys the technical challenge of learning HTML and continuously improving website and database functionality to enhance performance and user experience.
“My first priority is to ensure that the database and website are high-functioning platforms that deliver a positive experience for both visitors and staff,” Jessica said. She works closely with third-party vendors to drive platform enhancements and values identifying trends and patterns that help measure and track organizational impact.
A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Jessica is a devoted Tar Heel fan. Outside of work, Jessica is an avid hiking enthusiast who loves to travel and explore the world, creating detailed hiking and travel itineraries.
