CLT Alliance Emerging Business Leaders Class 10 announced

The Charlotte Regional Business Alliance has welcomed the newest class of Emerging Business Leaders (EBL). This dynamic and diverse group of leaders will spend the next seven months participating in the CLT Alliance’s talent-development program for high potential professionals.

A hybrid in-person and virtual orientation for Class 10 was held last week at the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance office. The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is a proud sponsor of several participants in this year’s class.

The program is designed to enhance leadership capabilities and connect leaders with high performing peers from across various sectors in the Charlotte Region. They will be taught and motivated to go outside their comfort zone and take their leadership skills to the next level.

“I look forward to future sessions and learning how to be a more effective leader,” participant Toya Bailey, community engagement coordinator at Truliant Federal Credit Union, said.
