Today’s economic development approach is comprehensive – spanning efforts to recruit and grow companies, as well as ensure that talent availability and infrastructure plans can accommodate smart, sustainable development and inclusive economic growth.
Together with our partners, the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance works to create the most vibrant, innovative and healthy economy in the nation. We’re proud to convene experts in identifying opportunities that will enable our bi-state region to compete for investment and advance prosperity for all.
The Summit is a full-day event offering perspectives, trends and data in key industries featuring speakers who will emphasize actionable takeaways to further strengthen the Charlotte region’s competitiveness by helping attendees grow their businesses.
What does work look like in the future, and is the Charlotte region well positioned? The Future of Work is a comprehensive study of labor trends and the adaptability of local economies in the age of automation. The study identifies 13 community architypes each with a diverse set of challenges that disrupt assumptions with a focus on those in our region.
