Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS® presents Deal Makers Award

The Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS® (CRCBR) is recognizing the top brokers and developers in the area with its annual Deal Makers Award. 

CRCBR is the state’s largest and most active commercial real estate association. The 1,000 members include commercial real estate professionals and industry partners spanning an 18-county region in North and South Carolina.  

Each year, CRCBR hosts the Deal Makers Award program recognizing brokers and developers in the commercial real estate industry who have accumulated sales and lease transactions of more than $2 million in the categories of office, industrial, retail, investment, and land. For 2021 transactions, the organization is proud to recognize 107 top producers from 2021. More than 2,800 transactions were submitted for a combined broker total volume credit exceeding $7 billion. 

“CRCBR’s Deal Makers Program represents excellence in the commercial real estate industry,” CRCBR President Brett Gray said. “Congratulations to our 2021 award winners.”

In addition, there were 56 platinum level winners, whose individual production credit was more than $15 million. CRCBR also recognized 18 gold award winners, 32 silver award winners, and 21 bronze winners.
