CoreNet Global Carolinas Announces CORE Awards Finalists
Honors “Best of the Best” CRE individuals, projects and programs

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Sept. 4, 2019 – CoreNet Global Carolinas – a professional association dedicated to the advancement of the corporate real estate industry – announced the finalists for its 2019 CORE Awards to honor individuals, projects and programs that are the “best of the best” in Carolinas CRE.

Winners will be announced at the Third Annual CORE Awards celebration on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte located at 201 E. Trade Street. Finalists, who were selected by a panel of judges in the following award categories, include:

Innovation of the Year:

Corporate Real Estate Project of the Year (50,000 SF or less):

  • Citrix

Corporate Real Estate Project of the Year (50,000 SF or greater):

  • Duke Energy Optimist Hall

Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year:

  • Calvin Saboorian, Duke Energy
  • Michael O’Brien, Syneos Health

Corporate Real Estate Service Provider of the Year:

  • Robby Lowe, DPR
  • Mike Kriston, McDonald York

Young Leader of the Year:

  • Taylor Bredow, Balfour Beatty
  • Brittany Valle, Little
  • Lauren Bremer, Tyler 2 Construction
