Charlotte, N.C. – The Charlotte Chamber is pleased to announce that Sitehands, a dynamic growing company that delivers IT field services, has selected Charlotte to expand its workforce and locate its global headquarters with the creation of 200+ new jobs over the next five years. The company plans to initially lease 15,000 square feet of space in uptown Charlotte at 615 S. College Street. “

“Sitehands will join many other innovative IT companies that choose to make North Carolina home,” said Governor Roy Cooper. “Our state’s talent, education, industry leadership and business climate are unmatched, and I am happy to welcome Sitehands.”

Sitehands chose Charlotte for its millennial magnet status, talent pool, college and university presence, cost of doing business, accessibility, fintech reputation and quality of life.

“Charlotte attracts the type of leadership and IT talent that Sitehands seeks to build our company,” said Ronnie Caropreso-Blackham, chief operating officer of Sitehands.

Sitehands delivers on-demand IT field services through a unique two-sided platform which provides orchestration and simplification with end-to-end accountability and continuous optimization. The company has recently received a significant growth equity investment from FTV Capital to expand the team, build out product enhancements and further accelerate their growth.

Sitehands has a broad geographic footprint across North America and is growing its presence in Europe and Asia.

“Charlotte’s IT/fintech sector is booming. More and more companies are choosing to move here not just because of quality of life and the business climate but also for the diverse and increasingly younger workforce,” added Bob Morgan, Charlotte Chamber president and CEO.

New positions will include IT, R&D, sales, administrative, business development, operations, executive and other functions that will support growth of the company’s business. Salaries will vary by position.

Job opportunities at Sitehands will be shared on the company’s website at and LinkedIn page in the upcoming months.
