Chapters

The Charlotte Regional Business Alliance’s Chapters play a key role in driving the mission to connect, innovate and grow opportunity for ALL who do business in Charlotte. The chapters serve as a liaison between the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance and its geographical membership. Chapters offer member engagement and events to create the most vibrant, innovative and healthy economy in the nation.

Young Professionals

The purpose of Charlotte Alliance Young Professionals is to cultivate a young and diverse workforce as a competitive advantage for Charlotte’s growing economy. Alliance YP provides value to young professionals in Charlotte, ages 21 to 39, through leadership growth and professional development, networking and relationship-building and connection to civic engagement and community service opportunities.

The Diversity and Talent Development Fund supports the Alliance’s work in promoting diversity and inclusion in the Charlotte business community and developing diverse talent as a competitive advantage for Charlotte’s economy. The desired outcome of Diversity and Talent Development Fund initiatives is to cultivate diverse membership and participation in the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance and engagement in the broader business community.
