Intelligent technologies are transforming the future of work around the globe and here in Charlotte. The biggest impact will likely be on people with no post-secondary education in less complex roles with the fewest resources to transition to new career pathways.

The Charlotte Regional Business Alliance is partnering with Accenture and Charlotte Works to help identify solutions for individuals doing lower-complexity work to transition to new careers and thrive in the digital economy.

Join us for a workshop with fellow leaders from across public and private sectors as we work together using design thinking strategies and the findings from recent Accenture research to identify ways to build a future in which all workers can thrive.  This event is for individuals who focus on workforce development of the future of work in your organization.
