Join us for our second (Q2) committee meeting of 2019. This convening will focus on workforce development in the construction industry. Hosted by Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont, the meeting will take place at the new Goodwill Construction Skills Training Center and we will discuss the partnership that was created between Goodwill, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Central Piedmont Community College and The ROC, Inc. Attendees will learn how they can help support the cultivation of construction talent and foster economic mobility by aligning young people and adults with these high-growth careers.
