Meet Giselle Morales, the newest graphic designer at the CLT Alliance

Senior Graphic Designer Giselle Morales joined the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance in October on an interim basis to lend her talent toward the execution of a series of signature events and marketing materials.

Giselle joined the CLT Alliance Marketing and Communications team while Senior Graphic Designer Darius Corry is on paternity leave.

Giselle has called Charlotte home since 2005. While it has been fun to watch Charlotte grow, Giselle is excited to be part of an organization that helps that growth happen.

“We welcome Giselle as part of the marketing and communications team,” Chief Marketing and Communications Officer Rob Horton said. “She is very talented and has added significant value to our team already.”

Giselle has been a designer since 2016, although her passion for design started in the early 2000’s while she sat on the bus traveling from New Jersey to New York. Seeing all the advertisements competing for attention allowed her to appreciate not just the image in front of her but the story the designer was trying to share.

Giselle has worked with many local artists creating their brand and telling their stories. She’s also worked with non-profits like Women’s Impact Fund, Creative Player Foundation, Kaboom, Women in Cable Telecommunications, Girls on the Run and more. She enjoyed working with Centerfold Agency, and most recently at INSP Network as their senior graphic designer.

“Outcome is important, the process is precious,” is a quote she holds true to her heart because she believes that there’s always a story ready to be told and she’s ready to tell it through design.

When Giselle is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her baby boy.  They consider themselves a family of 5, including their two beautiful dogs. They enjoy going on adventures, whether it’s a hike nearby, trying out a new coffee place, or planning a trip to a new state, they’re always moving.

Giselle is also very passionate about soccer. With the World Cup 2022 just around the corner, you’ll probably catch her really excited about Argentina’s games. Giselle was born in Argentina, and although she’s miles away, watching her favorite sport with her family makes her feel right back at home.
