Charlotte Alliance Space

In June of 2015, the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance opened its renovated space at 330 South Tryon Street.

Designed by Gensler, with construction by Turner Construction Co., the space serves as the front door to Charlotte’s business community. Creating an open, welcoming and energized space took an amazing team and an amazing effort that included:

  • 130 subcontractors
  • 19,000+ man/woman hours
  • 18% in minority spend
  • And more than three years of preparation

Stop by and we’ll show you around.

The space hosts up to 316 on the first floor and up to 240 on the second floor. Capacity on the balcony is 49.
